As you may already know, For Goodness Sake carries many wheat & gluten free options. Why? Isn't whole wheat good for you? Sayer Ji, our store educator, spent several months researching the topic of wheat intolerance, and published his article: "The Dark Side of Wheat: New Perspectives on Celiac Disease & Wheat Intolerance," in the Winter 2008' Edition of Dr. Ron Hoggan's Gluten Free Newsletter. In this article Sayer elaborated on some of the new research demonstrating that wheat is in fact quite unwholesome and represents a human species-specific intolerance that we would be better leaving alone altogether. Read Sayer's article, and stop by one of our FGS locations for the area's best selection of wheat & gluten free food!
